Capacity Markets

This is a paper which considers both economics and electrical engineering, capacity markets, which are a reserve market construct in electricity markets. Energy markets make money by selling electricity in the present, and capacity markets make money by selling future reserves of electricity. The dataset considers data from U.S. regional operators, including NYISO, CAISO, and Texas ERCOT.
